NORITAKE KEYBOARD PATTERN LG 16" PLATTER

Featured is a wonderful find from an estate in South Florida. The Platter presented is 12" x 16 1/4" and is the Keyboard Pattern which is discontinued. The mark on the back dates the platter to 1920-1940 with the classic green weath, M, made in Japan, U.S. Patent Applied for, and Keyboard on the back. The back rims are unglazed indicating that it is an early piece. The Keyboard design is Greek inspired with gold trimming on it. The platter is in excellent condition with some wear to the trim on the edges. This is a lovely piece and a great rare find. The smaller platter is the only one I could find at Replacements LTD and lists for $49.00.
